The  Academy is for those who want to further their dance training. It takes place on a Saturday as extra training on top of your weekly class OR for those who can only attend classes at weekends. In The Academy we will explore different styles in Dance and train students to a higher standard. We will work on technique, strength, flexibility, performance and creativity.

There will be a rotation of fully qualified teachers from different backgrounds as well as guest teachers giving the students a wide variety to learn from. The Academy will be two and a half hours in duration for each age group with 2 short breaks in between training sessions for water and rest etc. Places are limited in The Academy as we want all dancers to have full attention of teachers in order to work with their own individual dance ability and potential.

Those who get a place in the Academy must commit to weekly classes in order to fully benefit from the training they are receiving. If for some reason we feel that there is a lack of commitment and classes are missed on a regular basis their place may be given to the next person on the waiting list. The Academy will take place in Junction 6, River Rd, Abbotstown, Castleknock, Co. Dublin, D15 EA43.
